 NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair extensions. The items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition, no exceptions. We will NOT accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included. 

If you want to exchange an item you will need to email our customer service department FIRST at info@getrapunzelled.com.They will send you future instructions. We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way. 

TO EXCHANGE 

1. Customer must have received the wrong item

2. Items must be in its original condition as stated above 

3.Ship back for exchange within 3 days of receipt Items meeting the above conditions may be returned within 3 days of the receipt for an exchange. If 3 days have gone by since you received your package and it is not post marked, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges 

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
